Giving up a company in Bulgaria


Liquidation (long story short)

In Bulgaria, company liquidation, in theory, takes 1 year, there are 2 modules of 6 months, depending of the volume of accounting document to be checked by fiscal authorities.
If errors are found (debts, unpaid taxes... etc...), it is required to fix this issues.
Then, the company is liquidated.
During liquidation process, the company must maintain accounting and submit declarations.
For the whole liquidation process, a liquidator must be hired (we take care of it).


Selling a company

Is not about selling the company (with all it's properties), it is about selling the shares (who owns the shares, owns the company). Shares are sold, in any percentage, to any individual or company.
The sale takes is done regardless of the company's status (fiscal, financial, patrimonial...).
